TAF HOUSE STRATEGIC ADVISORY COUNCIL (THSAC)

Trusted Minds. Shared Vision. Lasting Legacy

TAF House is more than a hospitality facility. It is envisioned as a mission-supporting social enterprise capable of providing excellent hospitality while contributing to the long-term sustainability of the Torjir-Agber Foundation. The TAF House Strategic Advisory Council (THSAC) brings together professionals and experienced individuals from different fields who offer strategic guidance, technical insight and practical support towards the development of TAF House. The Council advises on hospitality and guest experience, financial sustainability, governance, branding and digital visibility, infrastructure, partnerships, research and quality assurance. THSAC serves in an advisory and strategic-support capacity. It does not replace the statutory authority of the Torjir-Agber Foundation's Board of Trustees or the operational responsibilities of TAF House management. Its purpose is simple: To help TAF House become professionally managed, financially sustainable, internationally presentable and faithful to the charitable mission it exists to support.

HOW THE COUNCIL WORKS

THSAC operates through collaboration rather than hierarchy alone. The seven Units provide specialist attention to different aspects of TAF House, while the Council leadership helps ensure that recommendations are coordinated around one shared objective: to build a TAF House that combines excellent hospitality, responsible management, financial sustainability and enduring social purpose. Recommendations requiring formal governance approval remain subject to the appropriate authority of the Torjir-Agber Foundation's Board of Trustees. Operational implementation remains the responsibility of authorised TAF House management.

OUR SHARED COMMITMENT
Members of the TAF House Strategic Advisory Council offer their experience, professional insight and goodwill in support of a shared vision. Together, they seek to ensure that TAF House becomes: welcoming in hospitality; disciplined in management; responsible in finance; visible in the marketplace; sound in governance; excellent in facilities; measurable in performance; and enduring in purpose. Trusted Minds. Shared Vision. Lasting Legacy.
