LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE
Guided by Vision. Governed with Integrity.
TORJIR-AGBER FOUNDATION (TAF) is committed to responsible leadership, transparent governance, and faithful stewardship of every resource entrusted to its care. The Foundation is legally registered in Nigeria and governed by its duly constituted Board of Trustees. A separate registration process is also underway with the appropriate charity authorities in the United Kingdom. Until that process is completed, the Foundation will describe its UK status only as “registration in progress.” Our leadership structure distinguishes clearly between visionary leadership, legal governance, strategic advice, and operational management.
